Rates are based on per couple basis in Indian rupees – 2 persons
staying together sharing the same room

Package does not include air fare to and from Srinagar

Service tax extra as applicable unless otherwise stated

Transportation provided will be as per itinerary for a full day
and not at disposal

Any increase in fuel, taxes, permits at the time of actual date
of journey may affect package prices

The package does not include guide services

Telephone calls, laundry services, and mini bar not included with
the package

Package rates are subject to change without prior notice

Meal plan: EP – Accommodation only, CP – Accommodation with
breakfast, MAP – Accommodation with breakfast, and dinner

Green Acre reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the
package at any time at its own discretion and without any prior

In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate
accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel

Entrance charges for sightseeing at any of the tourist spots are
not included and are extra – shikara ride at Dal lake, horse riding, gondola ride
at Gulmarg, air tickets to and from Amarnath, golfing – green
fees or caddy charges, skiing charges are not included in any of the packages

For
local sightseeing in Gulmarg-Pahalgam-Sonamarg – Srinagar taxis
are not permitted. You will need to hire
a local taxi or a pony for sightseeing
at your own cost. The package includes
only transfer to Gulmarg-Pahalgam-Sonamarg.
Hotel & Cancellation Policies
Check In and Check Out Time:
Check in at 1400 Hrs and Check out at 1200 Hrs
Early Check in and Late Check Out:
Please call the hotel directly prior to
your arrival to make any necessary arrangements. Early check in and
late check out is subject to availability and extra charges for one
night will apply.
Rate/Reservation Validity:
Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a
Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your
booking. Please review the information carefully.
Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided
to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official
records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates
of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations,
modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our
official records, our official records will be the principal
document of reference. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the
room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly
prohibited and may have legal consequences.
Early Departures:
There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
Pets Policy:
Pets are not allowed. If you have a service dog/animal, please
inform our reservation desk.
Disputes:
Subject to Srinagar Jurisdiction.
Guarantee Rules/Deposit Policy:

A 50% deposit of the total room
cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation.

For reservations guaranteed with a
form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until hotel
check-out time on the day following arrival. For reservations
not guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms
are held until 1800 hrs as per the hotel policy.

The remaining balance of your
total room cost including taxes is due upon check in at the
hotel. Please ensure you confirm your payment with us via email.
Cancellation Policy

Securing a reservation with your
deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our
Cancellation Policy.
-
A 50% deposit of the total room
cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellations made for
individual room more than 7 days from check-in date will
receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid.
-
Cancellations made individual
room less than 7 days and more than 24 hours from check-in
date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
-
Cancellations made individual
room less than 24 hours from the check-in date will forfeit
the deposit paid.

Group bookings - above 2 Rooms:
Cancellations made more than 30 days from check-in date will
receive a 100% refund of the deposit paid.

Group bookings - above 2 Rooms:
Cancellations made more than 15 days from check-in date will
receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid.

Group bookings - above 2 Rooms:
Cancellations made individual rooms less than 15 days from
the check-in date will forfeit the deposit paid.

There are no refunds or credits
issued due to bad weather, storms or any natural disaster. We
recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect against these
types of unforeseen events.
