DAY 1:
TOUR OF THE VALLEY (20–30 km)

Dal Lake:
This
lake is a is the second largest lake in the state of J&K.
Overlooked by the Zabarwan Mountain in Srinagar, the lake
covers an area of 18 square kilometers and is part of a
natural wetland which covers 21.1 square kilometers
including floating gardens. You can enjoy the view of
houseboats along the lake while cruising in the colorful
shikaras. A famous landmark in Srinagar is an island on Dal
Lake where four Chinar (Platanus orientalis) trees stand,
aptly named "Char Chinar".

Shankaracharya
Temple:
This
temple (Hindu
shrine)
is
situated in the Zabarwan Mountain in Srinagar, Kashmir. It
is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple dates back to 200
B.C. and sits at a height of 1,000 feet overlooking a
panoramic view of Srinagar city.

DAY 2: GOLFING AT GULMARG
- 18 Holes - altitude of 2,730 meters above sea level. (50 km)

Gulmarg (meadow of flowers) is an
exquisitely
situated basin surrounded by pines located in the Pir
Panjal range at an altitude of 2,730 meters above sea
level. It is one of the world's most famous tourist ski
destinations and the world's highest golf course. The
18-hole, par 72 Gulmarg golf course is quite hilly. The
golf club itself was built in 1904. Gulmarg also has the
Asia's highest and longest cable car project, the
Gulmarg Gondola which has 36 cabins and 18 towers, takes
riders to a height of 3,747 m (12,293 ft) on Kongdoori
Mountain.

DAY 3&4: GOLFING AT PAHALGAM

Over Night Stay
Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds)
lying on the
banks of the Lidder River, surrounded by mountains and dense
pine forests. Pahalgam has a nine
hole golf course at 7250 plus feet above the sea level,
set in the town of Pahalgam which is surrounded by snow
covered peaks. The course is long and has changes in
elevation that make for a dramatic game.

DAY 5:
GOLFING AT THE
ROYAL SPRING
The Royal Springs Golf Course is
situated at the foot hills of Zabarwan mountains over
looking Dal Lake. It is regarded as one of the most
picturesque golf course in Asia.
The course is a professional 18 hole par 72 track that
covers an area of 7,089 yards. Royal Spring Golf Course,
which is open to non-members also and has hosted many
international golfing events, is perfect for starters as
well as professionals.
